Any item purchased from us, if held to be unsatisfactory, may be returned provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt.

When we receive your order we will email you an invoice including shipping cost.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, by UK sterling cheque, or by PayPal.
We regret we do not accept card payment.
All books are carefully packed and despatched by registered or recorded mail, or with a trackable courier service. Please let us know any specific packing or shipping requirements.
Insurance: All shipments are fully insured at our expense.
Any item purchased from this website will be subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, December 2013. These Regulations entitle you to return the goods purchased within 14 days of receipt. If you do so, we will reimburse payments for these goods received from you, not including the costs of delivery.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods returned, if the loss resulted from you handling or packing. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned them.
Clients should be aware that the ‘Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000’ and the ‘Cancellation of Contracts made in a Consumer’s Home or Place of Work etc. Regulations 2008’ – have been replaced by the ‘Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013’.
