This copy is extra-illustrated with a lithograph of D'Urban, Port Natal by H.W. Piers. Original blind-embossed cloth, fore-edges of a few pages marginally creased. Some pages dust soiled. A good sound copy showing signs of use.
With the plate of Hallett & Dixon's house near Verulam at page 331, which appears to be missing from many copies.
