A very good copy bound in 18th-century vellum. Manuscript title to fore edge. Some wear to spine. Much of text block browned. Faint traces of a contemporary manuscript ex libris to title, washed.

A comprehensive history of ancient Asia, from Siberia to Cyprus, compiled, largely after classical sources, by Jean-Baptiste Gramaye (1579-1635), a Dutch lawyer and historian, with seven maps engraved by Pieter van den Keere after Ortelius, which depict Arabia, the Gulf, Palestine, Persia, Siberia, Cyprus, and Anatolia.
