Hafiz Rahmat Khan, 1707-1774, a Yusufzai Afghan originally from Kandahar, was a chief in Rohilkhand from 1748. He waged a long war against the Mahrattas and fell in 1774 against the combined forces of Shuja al-Mulk and the English Company.
