Two works bound in one, 12mo, pp.[x], 222; [viii], 96. Contemporary calf-backed mottled boards, spine in compartments with lettering piece. Edges worn. A very good copy.
Not in Blackmer; for second work see Koc 66; Copac records one copy of the first work, at Cambridge; two copies of the second, one copy printed in Geneva in 1671, and the second printed in Paris by G. Cluzier, with 103 pages. Koc refers to a third Amsterdam edition.

Count Leslie led the embassy from Leopold I to Sultan Mehmet IV. Justin Colyer, 1624-82, was Resident of the States-General to the Porte. This work may be the Amsterdam edition referred to in Koc.
